How long it takes to ship out after I placed order?

Our gift sets are ready stock.
We endeavour to have orders packed and shipped within 2 working days.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery will be attempted within 1-3 business days.

Can you ship the gift box/ hamper directly to my friend?

Yes, we can ship out directly to the gift receiver and service to write wishes card is provided.

Can I add on baby name embroidery?

You may choose to add on name embroidery personalisation. The charges will be RM20 for each item, with maximum of 8 characters including spacing.

Gift sets will be ready to ship out within 2 working days.

Delivery method & Shipping charges

We ship out orders (default by Gdex) on daily basis (except for Sunday & Public Holiday) to whole Malaysia.

The price is inclusive of shipping within West Malaysia for order above RM50. Alternatively, for West Malaysia RM8 shipping fee will be charged, East Malaysia RM20.

I need my order urgently. Do you provide next day delivery?

Yes, we do! You may select instant delivery by lalamove. Kindly message us thru Whatsapp for delivery charges.

Is invoice included in the gift sets?

We do not provide order invoice by default. If you need the invoice or payment receipt, kindly message is thru Whatsapp. We are happy to generate it for you.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure that you’ve entered the correct shipping address at checkout as we cannot be held responsible for shipments that have been misdirected due to incorrect address entry at checkout.

My parcel status shows 'delivered' and I did not receive it. What happened?

Please contact us thru Whatsapp and kindly ensure that all shipping information (both postal code, unit number and contact number) provided are accurate. In cases which any of the information provided is incorrect, we’ll try our best to work with our courier partner to retrieve the package. However, we shall not be held responsibility if it’s lost.

If all shipping information (both postal code, unit number and contact number) provided are all accurate, we’ll inform our courier partner to start an investigation. A re-delivery may be attempted in the next 1-3 business days. Upon confirmation of lost mail by the courier partner, we will process your replacement or refund within 30 business days of your purchase.

I received a faulty item

All sales for our products are considered final sale. If we have made a mistake with the personalization or sent you a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace the item for you immediately. Send us a photo of your item (with the faulty part) together with your order number and we will exchange your item for a new one instantly.
